Contracts, Buy Links, and General Insanity

So things have been a bit...busy in Casa de Bell recently. Between some evil health issues, preparing for the Romantic Times Convention and the Lori Foster Reader/Author Get-Together, and buying a new house (yes, I will post pics), I've been going steadily insane.

So what's the best way to add to the insanity? Why, signing multiple contracts at one of the busiest times of the year!

Here we go! Coming in October, we have:

Maggie's Grove Book 3
Ashton and Selena
Genre: Paranormal Romance
Length: Novel

Selena Giannone was kidnapped and tortured by Van Helsings, experimented on and injected with something that is seriously messing with her powers. Now she’s being haunted by darkness, and her powers are useless against it. In desperation, she calls on the one man she knows will protect her no matter what: Ashton Ward.

Ash takes the chance Selena gives him to woo his reluctant mate. When the shadows attack his mate he’s just as helpless as she is. How can you kill something with no form, that strikes from darkness and leaves bleeding wounds? He’ll need the help of the witches of Maggie’s Grove, and that of his friends, to eliminate the threat once and for all.

But it’s never that easy, and they’ll soon discover that there is more hiding in the shadows than they thought.

Warning: This title contains explicit sex and graphic language.

And, surprising me, they offered me a contract on the next book in the series!

Maggie's Grove Book 4
Greer and Mollie
Genre: Paranormal Romance
Length: Novel

My website doesn't have much on this book because hey! I haven't written it yet! I'll be starting it once I'm done Never More, the next Gray Court novel.

For those who didn't see, I've also gotten a contract on the next True Destiny Novel:

True Destiny Book 5
Magnus, Skye and Slade (M/M/F)
Genre: Paranormal Romance
Length: Novella

Tortured for centuries, Slade Saeter has longed for the day when he could claim the two people he knows are his mates: Magnus Tate and Sylvia Grimm. But nightmares still plague the son of Loki, and he fears his lovers will believe him too fragile for the mating he dreams of.

Magnus Tate never thought he'd be able to get his cake and eat it, too, but Slade has convinced him he can have both. Magnus has always known he loves both men and women, but the one woman he's dreamt of for years was broken by his own father, her heart shattered by Thor's infidelities and their ultimate divorce.

Sylvia Grimm has never been one to stay down for long. Her heart has long since healed from the betrayals of her husband, but can she really accept her own stepson as one of her bonded mates?

It will take all three of them time to realize that they might be bent, but they definitely are not broken. Time they may not have...

Warning: This title contains explicit sex, graphic language and only two people who know for sure if Slade really is hung like a horse. (They aren't talking.)

So I'm going to be busy for a while.

On the writing front, it's been slow going on Figure of Speech, but I've broken the 30% mark and that makes me feel much better. I'm going to start outlining Never More after I return from New Orleans, and I'll be working on edits for Of Shadows and Ash very soon. I've filled out artform paperwork for Siren's Song, but since that won't be coming out until... probably late summer into fall, I don't expect to see edits until mid-year. I'll let you know once I have a date.

Last but not least, I've seen a mock-up of the cover for The Fire Within, and it is smokin'. I should be able to share it with you within a week or two. I'm just waiting for final confirmation from the cover artists.

Speaking of conventions, I finally have my full schedule up for both the Romantic Times Convention and the Lori Foster Reader/Author Get-Together. I've decided not to hit any of the off-site gatherings at RT due to my scooter being a pain in the butt. I'm going to hit the bar in the hotel on Mardi Gras night, and maybe get some rest. I've got a great costume for the Samhain Saints and Sinners party, and I'll be at the Harlequin Dance on Saturday night.

P.S. Have I mentioned it's Spring Break? And my kids are already driving me crazy?

Recently, randomly, stumbled across your novels and they have had me in fits of laughter ever since. My partner looks at the half smile permanently plastered on my face and just shakes his head and walks away.
The passion and humour that runs rampant throughout your stories even keeps me reading through the majority of my headaches which is a rare thing indeed.
Very much looking forward to your next installments :)
Fondest regards from a huge, albeit recent fan :)
