My Voice Has Fallen And It Can't Get Up

I've lost my voice due to this stupid head cold everyone in my extended family seems to have. Which means R and M will probably take full advantage of the fact that Mommy can't yell at them (I mean, God knows I did when I was their age). While my mother would laugh and say "Ain't karma a bitch?", I kinda feel like this:
